We strive to dispatch your order within 2 to 5 working days upon receiving it. As we offer various brands and collaborate with external suppliers, we regretfully cannot guarantee fixed delivery times. Approximately 95% of our European orders are delivered within 5 working days.
Shipping costs
A fixed shipping fee per order is applicable, based on your order's weight and the destination country.
Returns

- Specify the reason for return on the delivery note or invoice copy.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, including any outer boxes.
- Include the delivery note in the packaging.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office.
