Believe it or not, these ultra-light wall panels are made of styrofoam. The authentic look of old, weathered rock, with the ease of Rebel or Styles UltraLight!
Material and application
The Tasso is the latest addition to the revolutionary UltraLight line from Rebel of Styles. These wall panels are incredibly easy to assemble and can also have a positive effect on the acoustic and thermal insulation in your home, because they are made of ultra-light EPS styrofoam. However, you wouldn't be able to tell that they're not made of actual rock! Because the individual pieces of stone have been made thinner, it looks as if the wall panels really consist of sharpened strips of rock, which are placed close to each other. The structure of the panels provides a rugged effect, like patterns worn into stone by water and weather conditions. The variation in length and width of the "stones" creates playful and varied lines that can hardly be distinguished from real stacked natural stone. Fixing the wall panels is child's play, with ROS glue you can seamlessly connect the panels (measuring 574 x 187 x 25 mm each). All you need is a spirit level, a ruler and a saw to cut the pieces to size if necessary.
Styling with Rebel or Styles UltraLight Tasso black
Combined with a modern and light interior, a wall fitted with the UltraLight Tasso in black provides a beautiful contrast. For example, choose to cover one wall with the black Tasso stone strips and keep the rest of the interior light, with darker coloured accents. Or create a cool atmosphere by combining the Tasso with industrial furniture made of black steel and rugged wood. Due to the low weight and the dust-free fastening of the stone strip, this product is also ideal for use in the bedroom, for example for a contrasting wall at the head end of the bed.
